I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not happy with what you have purchased, please contact me. I make every effort to ensure that each customer is pleased with his or her purchase. I speak English, but should there be a language barrier between us, a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer will help resolve the issue.
Though it is incredibly rare, sometimes orders are damaged during shipping due to rough handling. If an order arrives damaged I would be happy to offer a refund or replacement. All damaged order claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the item, and I will promptly contact you to resolve the issue.
Lost Packages. Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 2 month from posting date and tracking info approves that. I will fill in the claim about the lost on our own. While the claim is being proceed, I would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom orders are not refundable
If the order came to you whole, and you hurt him, I do not refund the money.
