Shipping Information

Items ready for shipment within 1-2 weeks business days after payment. in some cases (Christmas etc) will be ready for shipping after 3-4 weeks.

I use the Byseay mailing address, please make sure it is correct.

Items will be sent l with tracking number. Tracking number will be available on your order page after it is shipped.

We ship worldwide using, UPS Cargo(United Parcel Service). All orders to the United States are sent Registered Airmail which includes shipping insurance. It typically takes 1-3 days to ship to European countries and 3-5 days to ship to the United States and other countries worldwide. Orders are mailed in padded envelopes or small packages.Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee exact arrival time.

If your country is not listed in the shipping profile, please contact me directly and I can provide you immediate assistance. Shipping prices can widely change, and I want to be sure I provide you with the most accurate information possible.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

For international orders the buyer is responsible for all customs fees and import duties levied upon arrival. Because it is not possible for us to know all countries’ fees and duties, we ask that you contact your local postal service for information. Shipments to the United States are not levied any additional taxes upon receipt.

Express Shipping (1 - 3 business days) is possible, but is more expensive. Please email me to find out the cost of express delivery to your country.
