SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be shipped.

International Shipping and Free Shipping

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the shipping label is created; please allow one or two days for the tracking information to update. Delivery usually occurs within 3-4 days from when tracking begins but is not guaranteed.

Priority Shipping

This option will expedite the shipping time, but our processing time mentioned above still applies. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the shipping label is created; please allow one or two days for the tracking information to update. Delivery usually occurs within 1-3 days from when tracking begins but is not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

Packages are usually shipped via Fedex Cargo. In special cases, packages may be shipped via UPS, DHL, or USPS Cargo.

Order Tracking

If the shipping company provides a tracking number, you will receive an email update containing the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have a tracking number, and tracking information may not always be updated.

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping rate of $14 applies for international orders. An additional fee may be charged for the priority shipping option. The shipping upgrade will expedite the shipping process, but our processing time remains as stated above.

Backordered Items

If a product is out of stock, all items in your order will be shipped together when the out-of-stock item is restocked.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you are satisfied with your Byseay knitted sneakers. Custom-sized and discounted products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Return a Product:

Before sending a return, please email info@bysey.com to obtain a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and in original packaging for a full refund. Refunds will be issued using the same method used for payment. Please note that associated shipping costs are not included in the refund.

We recommend sending your returns via insured shipping to ensure traceability. We also advise our customers to request sufficient insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation if return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns of products that are worn, used, altered, or damaged. We reserve the right not to accept any product that does not meet the above return conditions.

Before sending the return, you need to contact our representatives at info@bysey.com to obtain a return authorization. Once you have received authorization, you can send your return to:

Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return and the original packing slip containing your order number. Refunds will be provided after we receive the product and determine that it is unworn and unaltered in any way.

Warranty: All Byseay products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 60 days from the date of invoice.
