Are By Seay products ready to ship?
No. With more than 300 models in many possible sizes and colors, keeping every combination in stock is not possible. Each order is made from scratch for its customer.
Who makes my order?
Every item is crocheted and finished personally by Sevda in Türkiye. By Seay has no factory or production team.
Can I request another color or sneaker model?
Yes. Send the model, size, colors and reference details through Etsy, email or WhatsApp. Sevda will confirm what can be created.
Do you use purchased crochet patterns?
No. Sevda studies each shoe and develops its construction herself without purchased or ready-made patterns.
How long does preparation take?
Established made-to-order designs are normally prepared in 2–3 business days. A new or complex model can take longer.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Standard worldwide and expedited delivery options are available. USA express orders use FedEx and European express orders use DHL.
Can I return my order?
Returns are not accepted because each handmade item is created specifically in the customer’s selected model, size and colors.
How should I wash my pair?
Hand wash in lukewarm water or machine wash on a delicate cycle. Never use hot water.
