Established designs are normally prepared in 2–3 business days. A completely new or especially complex design may require additional time, which will be confirmed before the order.

Each handmade order is wrapped with care and placed in a special box before dispatch. Whether it is a baby shower gift, birthday surprise or a pair for yourself, it arrives ready to open and enjoy.
Estimated delivery
Delivery estimates begin after processing and may be affected by customs, local carriers or circumstances outside our control.
NO SURPRISE IMPORT COSTS
DDP delivery to the USA and Europe
Import duties and customs taxes are prepaid.
Orders sent to the United States and Europe are shipped DDP. By Seay pays the import duties, customs taxes and carrier customs charges in advance, so the delivery company will not ask the customer for an additional customs payment when the parcel arrives.
Any local sales tax or VAT displayed at checkout is collected as part of the website checkout total.
Returns
Returns are not accepted because every item is handmade specifically for the customer in the selected model, size and colors. Please review sizing and personalization details carefully before completing checkout. If there is a problem with your order, contact Sevda so it can be reviewed.
